This client loved the sea-foam arabesque backsplash tile, but also liked the idea of installing a herringbone floor. It was explained that too much detail and pattern would be disruptive to the eye and overall cohesiveness of the space. A few renderings were provided before confirming the design. In an effort to simplify the design and provide an elevated look, we suggested a bookmatched marble backsplash on the range wall.
